1 cup (200 ml)

Rinse millet in several waters, pour two glasses of boiling water and leave for 20 minutes.
Step 2/3
Peel and dice the pumpkin, put it in a pot, add sugar, a pinch of salt, butter, pour a glass of water, cover with a lid and put in the oven for 200 C or cook over heat until soft.
Step 3/3
Crush the ready pumpkin with a pusher in a puree, add millet and pour milk, cook in the oven at 150 C in a closed lid or foil pot for about an hour. From so many porridge ingredients it turns out a lot, so if you are not sure of your appetite - feel free to cook half a portion!
