Recipe "Spicy latte with mango "
Ingredients for 2 servings
Coconut milk
200 ml
Mango puree
50 g
Jerusalem artichoke syrup
1 tbsp. spoon
Spice mix "Exotic"
1 tsp
Coffee (brewed on water)

Step 1/4
Preheat coconut milk in a saucepan. Add the frozen mango purée, stir and reheat until the purée dissolves. You can use fresh mango pulp by beating it in a blender before adding it to milk.

Add the spice mixture, Jerusalem artichoke syrup (you can replace it with another to taste or honey), stir until completely dissolved.
Step 3/4
Make coffee and pour into latte glasses.
Step 4/4
Whisk the milk mixture with the mango until foamy. Carefully pour the mixture into the coffee glasses, add the foam on top and lightly sprinkle with the spice mixture.
