Hot aromatic mussels in a thick sauce - it is very tasty, and at the same time fast! Be sure to use lemon, mint and turmeric - they are responsible for exotic spicy notes in this recipe.

Ingredients for 4 servings
fresh frozen mussels
500 g
diced tomatoes
1 bank
lemon
olive oil
30-40 ml
small bunch of mint
garlic
3 cloves
turmeric
½ tsp
salt
freshly ground pepper

Defrost the mussels in the refrigerator, rinse, let drain, put in a baking dish.

Mix olive oil with a tablespoon of lemon juice, salt, pepper, add turmeric and finely chopped lemon wedge along with zest, garlic and mint.

Pour the butter dressing and tomato jar in the mussel, stir, cover with foil and bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

For the toast, cut the baguette into three, halve each part lengthwise, toast the bread in a dry pan or toaster.

Finely chop the parsley and garlic, add olive oil, salt, mix, spread the resulting mixture with toasted bread. Serve the mussels with the hot toast. An equally good serving option is as a sauce for spaghetti.
