Recipe "Simple squid salad"
Ingredients for 2-3 servings
squids
250 g
chicken egg
3 pcs.
cucumber
1 small or 0.5 large
red bell pepper
1 pc.
mayonnaise
3 tbsp. spoons
salt
to taste
Step 1/6
Hard-boil the eggs and dice.
Step 2/6
Cut the cucumber into strips.
Step 3/6
Boil the squid for 1 minute (until white). Peel and cut into strips.
Step 4/6
Cut the bell peppers into strips.
Step 5/6
Combine all the ingredients and season with mayonnaise.
Step 6/6
A delicious and healthy squid salad is ready. You can also add canned corn to it.
