For the dough, sift the flour, add sugar and butter (you can use olive, grape seed or coconut), pour in warm water and knead the dough, it should turn out soft and tender, if it sticks strongly to your hands, add more flour. Cover the dough lump with film and set aside.

Pour a little boiling water over the dried apricots, let it brew .

Peel the orange, cut into thin quarters, save the juice.

Chop nuts with a knife or in a blender not too small.

Peel the cardamom grains and grind into powder.

Transfer the dried apricots to a blender (without liquid, if the oranges are dry, add 2-3 tablespoons of infusion), grind.

Put the dough on an oiled baking sheet, roll out and stretch with your hands, put dried apricots, oranges on top, sprinkle with sugar and cardamom.

Bake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for about 15 minutes until the dough is browned. The cake will be delicious both warm and cold!
