Recipe "Striped Easter with blueberries "
Ingredients for 4-6 servings

Step 1/8
Wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve so that it becomes homogeneous and airy.
Step 2/8
The yolks must be warmed up before adding to the cottage cheese, for this take a bowl, put on a saucepan with boiling water, pour the yolks there, add half the sugar and beat with a whisk until a light cream, as soon as the cream begins to thicken, remove the bowl.

Add butter to hot yolks, stir until smooth.

Combine the yolk mass with the cottage cheese and mix well.

Combine 3 tablespoons of blueberries, a little zest and a little lemon juice with the remaining sugar and boil for 2-3 minutes.

Divide the cottage cheese into two equal parts, to one add three tablespoons of sour cream, chopped almonds and vanilla (extract or vanilla sugar), to the second blueberry and one tablespoon of sour cream, mix draguously.

Put the blueberry and light layers in layers in a gauze-lined mold, tamping tightly, refrigerate overnight.
Step 8/8
Gently remove Easter from the mold, remove the gauze and decorate with almonds!
