Spelt is not a boring croup at all. It can be turned into an interesting side dish by adding vegetables and mushrooms and spending literally 10 minutes more time.

Recipe "Spelled with mushrooms "
Ingredients for 2 servings
spelled
150 g
champignons
100 g
dried porcini mushrooms
20 g
celery stalk
1 pc.
garlic
2 cloves
parsley
bunch
ground black pepper
to taste
vegetable oil
1 tbsp. spoon
salt
to taste
Step 1/7
Fill the cavity with water, rinse several times, draining the water.
Step 2/7
Put the cereal in a saucepan, pour 300 ml of water, salt. Cook until soft, about 30 minutes.
Step 3/7
Pour boiling water over dried porcini mushrooms.
Step 4/7
Peel the garlic cloves, remove the cores from them. Thinly slice champignons and celery. Cut the soaked mushrooms into small pieces, chop the garlic.

Fry all vegetables in a pan in vegetable oil.
Step 6/7
Add the boiled spelt and fry everything together, stirring.
