zucchini

Step 1/7
Defrost the dough completely. Wash the zucchini, cut off the stalks. Cut along with a slicer or vegetable peeler into thin ribbons.

Line a baking tray with baking parchment. Using your hands, form the dough layer according to the size of the baking sheet (the thickness of the layer should be about 0.5 cm). Often prick the dough with a fork.

Brush the dough with olive oil. Sprinkle the fresh thyme leaves evenly with a pinch of oregano and/or other favorite Italian spices, salt and place half the zucchini ribbons on top. Bake the pizza in an oven preheated to 220-230 ° C on top-bottom mode for about 10 minutes until ruddy.
