Sliced tuna, eggplant and bell peppers - blocks, onions - thin half rings, tomato - thin circles.

Combine cottage cheese, eggs, flour, soda (you need to extinguish with vinegar) and salt, mix thoroughly.

Place the dough on the parchment, flattening with your fingers to keep the layer thin. Brush with a sauce made from a mixture of tomato ketchup and ricotta.
