Ingredients for 4 servings
wholegrain wheat flour, finely ground

olive oil
1 tbsp. spoon
dry yeast

pizza mozzarella

Sift the flour, mix with yeast and salt, knead the dough, adding a little warm water, in total you will need about 300 ml of water.

Knead the dough well until smooth, roll into a ball and leave in a warm place for an hour or two, in the process of standing the dough must be washed 1-2 times.

Rinse the chanterelles, cut the large ones into parts, leave the small ones whole, put them in a frying pan and cover with a lid, cook over medium heat until the mushrooms release water, open the lid and let the liquid evaporate.

Stretch the incoming dough in a circle (do not use a rolling pin), put on parchment and brush with olive oil. Preheat the oven to the maximum (250-300 degrees) along with the baking sheet. If there is a baking stone, use it.

Cut the tomato into circles and put on the dough, on top of the mozzarella circles, chanterelles, small pieces of cheese with mold, thin rings of onions. Transfer the parchment pizza to the oven on a preheated baking tray, bake for about 5 minutes. Done!
