Pepperoni Pizza Recipe
Ingredients for 4-8 servings
For the test:
flour
250-260g
sparkling water
150 ml
olive oil
1 tbsp. spoon
dry yeast
7 g
salt
0.5 tsp
sugar
1 tbsp. spoon
For the filling:
salami raw smoked cut
1 pack
Felino mini sausages
1 pack
mozzarella
100 g
tomatoes in their own juice
1 bank
garlic
1 clove
oregano
0.5 tsp
basil dry
0.5 tsp
olive oil
1 tbsp. spoon

Mix flour with salt, sugar and yeast, add olive oil and carbonated water at room temperature. Stir/

Thoroughly knead the dough with your hands or a special mixer nozzle.

Cover with a towel and leave to come up in a quiet and warm place for about 40 minutes.

Divide the dough in half, form each half into a ball. On a floured table, stretch the dough into a circle. Brush with olive oil.

For the sauce, mix the tomatoes with the spices, salt and finely chopped garlic. Spread sauce on both pizzas.

Lay out the sausages and cheese.

Bake the pizza in a hot oven for 10-15 minutes at 250C.
