cauliflower (can be used frozen)
400 g
onions

linseed flour (linseed porridge )
3 tbsp. l.
cornmeal
0.5 cup
salt
oregano
dried garlic
coconut (melted) or ghee
1 tbsp. l.
water (if necessary)

tomato paste
tomatoes
champignons
corn mini
avocado
spinach
