Cauliflower-based pizza has won the stomachs of foreign gourmets. Basically, the option using eggs and a lot of cheese is popular. But, you see, it still remains quite difficult for digestion. Our version does not contain eggs, wheat flour and cheese.

Cauliflower Pizza Recipe
Ingredients for 6 servings
dough:
cauliflower (can be used frozen)
400 g
onions
1 pc.
linseed flour (linseed porridge )
3 tbsp. l.
cornmeal
0.5 cup
salt
oregano
dried garlic
coconut (melted) or ghee
1 tbsp. l.
water (if necessary)
topping:
tomato paste
tomatoes
champignons
corn mini
avocado
spinach
arugula
Step 1/8
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Rinse the cabbage inflorescences and boil until half cooked.

In a blender, grind along with the onion.
Step 3/8
The mass will turn out to be quite watery. It should be properly squeezed through gauze. If you use frozen cabbage, then the cooking process can be omitted. Just defrost it, and then grind it in a blender with onions. Then squeeze out the moisture in the same way.

Add flour, linen porridge, spices and oil to the squeezed mass.

Knead the "dough," form a ball.

Next is the standard round thin base. Pre-bake it in the oven for 15 minutes.

Spread tomato paste, champignons, tomato rings, mini corn on a baked base, drizzle with oil. If desired, you can rub your favorite cheese on top. Bake for another 20-30 minutes, looking behind the edges of the base - they should not burn.

Put avocado slices and fresh herbs on ready-made pizza, drizzle with lemon juice and serve. Bon appetit!
