Recipe "Meringue cakes with cream"

Ingredients for 20-25 pieces of portions

Protein (for meringue )
2 pcs.
Schara small (for meringue)

Condensed milk (for cream)
2 tbsp. spoons
Butter (for cream)
50 g
Jam

Step 1/8
Take a clean, dry-wiped bowl, you can wipe it with a slice of lemon. Carefully separate the whites from the yolks and pour into a bowl.

Beat with a mixer (or a blender with a whisk, but a blender with blades will not work) at the highest speed until firm peaks (about two minutes).

Then pour in the sugar and beat until the sugar dissolves, the mass becomes dense and shiny.

Spread the protein mass on a baking sheet lined with baking paper using a cooking syringe or just a spoon.

Put the meringue baking sheet in the oven preheated to 120S and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Remove the finished meringues immediately from the baking sheet and leave to cool on the table.

For the cream, beat the melted oil into a white fluffy cream, add a little condensed milk, continuing to beat.

At the end, add a spoonful of jam for color (black currant, for example, blueberry, lingonberry, any red jam is suitable)

Grease the cooled meringue with cream and glue with the bottoms - ready!
