Recipe "Cake "Potatoes""
Ingredients for 8-10 servings
For the biscuit:
chicken egg

flour
75 g
corn starch
15 g
For the cream:
butter
125 g
sugar powder
65 g
condensed milk
50 g
cocoa
2 tbsp. spoons
Step 1/10
Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Beat the yolks with 60 g of sugar in a thick mass. Whisk the whites to their peaks, add the remaining sugar and whisk until dense. Combine the whites and yolks, add the flour and starch and mix gently with a spatula.

Pour the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment, place in an oven preheated to 200C and bake for about 15 minutes.

Cool the ready-made biscuit for the Potato cake. It is best to bake it the day before so that it dries a little.

Grind the biscuit into crumbs in a blender.

Soften butter at room temperature, beat with powdered sugar until fluffy.

Add the condensed milk and whisk the cake cream thoroughly.

Set aside a small part of the cream for decoration, and mix the rest with biscuit crumbs, if desired, you can add a teaspoon of aromatic strong alcohol (rum or cognac) to the "Potatoes."

Thoroughly knead the mass and roll round or elongated "potatoes."

Roll the cakes in cocoa powder. Decorate with cream sprouts. Chill in the fridge before serving.
