1 pack (500 g)
flour for drizzled
2 tbsp. l.
sugar
90 g
egg
1 pc.
sweet and sour apples
300g deseeded and peeled
salt

Cut the apples into small cubes.

Transfer the apples to a saucepan, cover with 50 g of sugar (the amount can be changed depending on the sweetness of the fruit and your preferences) and put on a low heat.

Cook the apples, stirring, for 8-10 minutes. It is necessary that they soften a little, but retain the shape of the cubes. Let the finished filling cool.

Defrost the dough according to the instructions on the package. Wrap it around by first dusting the table with flour.

Roll a sausage from the dough and divide into 8 equal parts.

Roll or mash each part of the dough into a round pancake.

Put apple filling on each piece of dough.

Pinch the edges tightly.

Transfer the pies to a baking sheet, seam down, cover with a towel and let stand for 15 minutes.
