Recipe for "Cod pies"

Ingredients for 10 patties

Cod fillets
400-500g
Yeast-free puff pastry
500 g
Garlic
1 clove
Leek stalk (white part)

Bunch of parsley
Cream 10%
100 ml

Step 1/4
Cut the leeks and fry in butter, then add the chopped parsley and cream, simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Separate the cod fillets from the skin and remove the bones, if any. You can pass the fillet through a large grate of a meat grinder, but it is much easier to chop it with a knife or two hatchets, just do not chop too finely .

Combine the finished minced meat with onions and parsley, mix well, salt, if the filling is dry, add a little more cream.
Step 4/4
Roll out the puff pastry, cut into rectangles (into 12 pies), put the filling on each and fold in half, pinch the edges well. Bake the pies in an oven preheated to 180S for 30 minutes. Delicious and hot, and cooled!
