wheat flour
400 g
butter
50 g
milk
130 ml
chicken eggs
2 pcs.
sugar
50 g
salt
pinch
yeast dry
6 g
For the filling:
raspberries mashed with sugar
200 g
berries (currants, cherries, blueberries )
200 g
rice flour
1 tbsp. spoon
Step 1/7
For the dough, sift flour, add sugar, salt and yeast. Heat milk and oil in a saucepan to a comfortable temperature hand, stir the oil.
Step 2/7
Combine warm milk with flour, add eggs. Knead the dough with your hands, collect in a lump and put in a warm place for a couple of hours so that it rises.
Step 3/7
Remove the currants from the twigs, remove the seeds from the cherries. Pour the mashed raspberries into a saucepan, add fresh berries and turn on the heating. In half a glass of cold water, stir the rice flour and pour into the berry filling. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens. Remove from the heat and cool.
Step 4/7
Break the incoming dough, put on the table and knead again with your hands. Divide the dough into small lumps .
Step 5/7
Roll each with a rolling pin.
Step 6/7
Lay out the filling and stick the pie like a dumpling. Try not to get the filling on the edge of the dough, otherwise the dough will stick together badly.
Step 7/7
Place the pies on a baking sheet lined with baking parchment. Let stand for 20 minutes and place in a hot oven. Bake at 210 ° C for about 15-20 minutes. Grease the finished pies with butter.
