Ingredients for 3-4 servings
filo dough - 0.5 packs
0.5 pack (125g)
butter
40 g
spinach fresh
125 g
nettle (if any)

goat cheese

fresh cilantro
bunch

Step 1/4
Defrost the filo dough at room temperature for about 20 minutes, keep covered with a slightly wet towel or napkin. Melt the butter.
Step 2/4
Lightly pat down the spinach and chopped nettles with a little butter, salt to taste, transfer to a bowl and mix with cheese and cilantro.
Step 3/4
Grease a sheet of filo with melted butter, cut lengthwise into two strips. Put about a tablespoon of greens on each strip and wrap "triangles" or "envelopes."

Preheat the oven to 190C, grease the patties and bake until golden (about 20-25 minutes).
