kefir or yogurt
1 cup
sugar
4 tbsp. spoons
water
150 ml
salt
1 tsp
refined vegetable oil
5 tbsp. spoons
butter

For the filling:
cabbage
700 g
eggs
4 pcs.
butter
50 g
salt
to taste
ground black pepper
to taste
green onion
to taste and desire

Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water.

Add salt, room temperature kefir, vegetable oil, mix.

Add 400g flour and knead the dough. Do not overdo it with flour: the raw dough is "oily," the softer it will be after cooking pies. Leave it covered in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Then stir in another 100 g of flour and melted butter and leave for 30 minutes.

While the dough fits, make the filling. Finely chop the cabbage, put in a saucepan and cover with hot water.

Bring to a boil, salt and cook for 20 minutes. Boil hard-boiled eggs, cut arbitrarily.
