Ingredients for 6-8 servings
For the filling:

lemon juice
1 tsp
For the test:
butter 82.5%
180 g
wheat flour, v/s
250 g
eggs (yolks only)

Step 1/8
Put the oil in advance from the refrigerator so that it melts. Separate the yolks from the proteins (proteins are not needed in the recipe).

Mix soft oil with salt and powdered sugar using a fork.

Stir in the two yolks.

Then sift the flour and gently mix everything with a fork. Do not knead for a long time so that the dough does not become stiff, just combine all the ingredients until smooth .

Cut the plums into halves, drizzle with lemon juice.

Gently roll the dough between two layers of parchment, or simply spread your hands over a baking dish. The shape can be round with a diameter of 29-30 cm, but you can roll the dough into a rectangle and simply put it on a baking sheet on baking paper.

Place the plums on top of the pastry, slices up, sprinkle with the sugar and cinnamon. Bake the cake at 180C for about 30-35 minutes.
