Ingredients for 4-6 servings
non-yeast puff pastry

pumpkin butternut

celery (stem)

rosemary fresh

Step 1/9
Peel and dice the onion.
Step 2/9
Celery stalks - thin slices.

Peel and cut the pumpkin into roughly 1x1cm cubes.

Heat a frying pan with 1-2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil. Place the onion and cook, stirring occasionally, for a few minutes.

Finely chop garlic and fresh rosemary (can be replaced with 1/4 tsp of dry rosemary). Add the celery, pumpkin, garlic and rosemary to the onions. Pour 100 ml of water and simmer everything together until the pumpkin is golden and soft, stirring occasionally. Salt to taste.

Put the finished vegetables in a baking dish.

Preheat a frying pan with 1-2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, put the minced meat and fry, stirring occasionally, until golden brown. Salt and pepper to taste. Place the mince in a roasting tin on top of the vegetables.

Roll out the dough layer slightly in one direction and cover the mold with vegetables and minced meat with it. Press the edges against the edges of the mold.

Shake the egg with a fork and grease the dough. Make a few small cuts on the dough. Bake in an oven preheated to 190 ° C, preferably on convection mode, for about 15-20 minutes until ruddy.
