Simple and very tasty pie with a rich cheese taste! Goat cheese gives the filling a special taste, but if you do not like goat milk products, replace it with hard cheese.

Greek yogurt
120 g
spinach

Defrost the spinach (you can do this in a pan), put in a colander and let the excess liquid drain.

Mash soft goat cheese with a fork, grate the cheese, add spinach, salt, pepper and mix.

Beat the yogurt with a fork with eggs, add finely chopped garlic .

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Brush the baking dish with the sides with olive oil and spread out the filo sheets, arranging so that the ends of the dough hang evenly around the perimeter. Lubricate each sheet with oil .

Pour the filling onto the pastry, fold and crumple gently, brush with olive oil and bake for 45-60 minutes until the filling is cooked through. The cake is delicious both warm and cold!
