Ingredients for 6 servings

frozen rhubarb
400g (1 pack)
frozen strawberries
300g (1 pack)
non-yeasted puff pastry in butter
500 g
cane sugar
100 g
corn starch

butter

Step 1/4
Defrost the dough at room temperature.
Step 2/4
Mix strawberries and rhubarb with sugar and leave for 15 minutes.
Step 3/4
Roll the dough over a greased baking dish and put in an oven preheated to 180 ℃ for 10 minutes.
Step 4/4
Sprinkle the slightly baked dough with starch, put the filling on top and return to the oven. Bake for about another 30 minutes until tender.
