fresh chanterelles
400-500g
chicken egg

Pre-freeze the oil. Put the flour, salt and chopped frozen butter in a blender bowl, punch until coarse, then add 200 g of sour cream and scroll for just a few more seconds, remove the resulting dough, quickly roll into a ball and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.

Sort the chanterelles, put in a frying pan with a little butter, fry until golden brown. Cool the mushrooms, mix with the remaining sour cream and egg, salt to taste.

Roll out the cooled dough, transfer to an oiled mold with sides, put the mushroom filling and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes, you can sprinkle the top with grated cheese 5 minutes before readiness. Bon appetit!
