This pie must be made at least once in the fall, this is a classic. Crumbly dough, sour cranberries wrapped in tender meringue.. and tea, the cold wind outside the window is no longer so scary!

Step 1/4
Grind the oil softened at room temperature with a fork with powdered sugar.
Step 2/4
Gently break the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks, add the yolks to the oil, mix, sift the flour, knead the dough with a fork, do not get carried away, you should not knead for too long. Distribute the dough with your hands in a dish greased with oil and sprinkled with flour, form the sides.

Beat the whites with a mixer until good peaks, add the sugar and continue to beat for another 3 minutes.

Mix washed and dried cranberries (or lingonberries) gently with a fork with proteins, distribute the protein mass over the dough. Cut the apple into beautiful wedges and lay on top. Place in a hot oven for half an hour if 180S.
