Recipe "Cherry Pie"
Ingredients for 3-4 servings
Butter (soft)
100 g
Sour cream
2 tbsp. l.
Flour
200 g
Baking powder
1 tsp
Sugar
to taste
Salt
pinch
For the cream:
Curd cheese
300g
Cream 33%
100 ml
Icing sugar
70 g
Egg
1 pc.
Sweet cherry
300g
Step 1/4
Make the dough: In a separate bowl, mix the soft butter with the sugar, salt and baking powder. Add the flour and stir until a smooth dough is obtained. Enter the sour cream to make the dough wetter and more supple. Wrap the dough in a film and put in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2/4
Make the cream: In a deep bowl, whisk the curd cheese until smooth, add the icing sugar and whisk again. Separately, beat the cream to half-peaks and carefully introduce them into the curd mass. Add the egg and mix well. Then add the cherries, pre-stoned and cut in half.
Step 3/4
Assemble the cake: put the chilled dough in a round baking dish and form the sides, distributing it evenly along the bottom and walls. Put the cherry filling with the cream inside.
Step 4/4
Send the cake to the oven preheated to 180C. Bake for 30-40 minutes until ruddy brown. Check readiness with a wooden skewer: it should come out dry. Cool the cake, chop and serve.
