Eggplant Pie Recipe

Eggplant

Puff pastry (yeast-free)

Step 1/3
Melt butter with sugar in a pan, pour in three tablespoons of water - hold a little while the sugar begins to darken.
Step 2/3
Put the eggplant cut into circles in the resulting caramel, fry on both sides.
Step 3/3
Arrange the caramelized eggplants on flaky pastry, pour over the remaining caramel, crumble the cheese and pistachios on top. Bake in the oven at 180S for 25-30 minutes.
