Ingredients for 6 servings
berries (cherries, raspberries, blackberries, currants, gooseberries )
300g
flour
200 g
curd 5%

butter
180 g
brown sugar
2 tbsp. spoons
corn starch
0.5 tsp

Step 1/6
Sort the berries, wash and dry.
Step 2/6
Cut the ice butter coarsely. Sift through the flour with a pinch of salt. Add cottage cheese.

Chop everything together in a blender or with a knife into a large crumb. Add a spoonful of ice water and knead the dough quickly.

Roll out the resulting dough quickly on a baking sheet lined with parchment.

Pour sugar and starch into the center, put the berries. Wrap the edges of the dough to form a rim.

Preheat the oven to 180C and bake the cake for about 20 minutes until tender.
