Recipe ""Cake" from semolina porridge "
Ingredients for 2-3 servings
milk

semolina

salt

For the topping sauce:
raspberry

2 tbsp. spoons
For decoration:
mint

Step 1/7
Pour the milk into a saucepan or saucepan and put on a low heat. Once it boils, reduce the heat to the very minimum.

Add semolina to milk in a thin stream, stirring with a whisk at the same time. So you avoid the formation of lumps in the porridge.

After boiling again, cook semolina porridge for 4-5 minutes. Just before the end of cooking, you need to salt the dish a little, and also add sugar. Mix everything well, remove from the stove and let the porridge cool.

Combine the raspberries (leave a few berries to garnish), sugar and water in a saucepan, place on the stove and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 10 minutes, the topping should thicken slightly.

Remove from the heat, strain the sauce through a fine sieve, kneading the berries. Cool down.

Take a cooking ring and put semolina porridge in it. Refrigerate for an hour.

Then take out the "pie," remove the cooking ring and garnish the frozen semolina with mint and raspberry berries. Serve with raspberry sauce.
