Dumplings can not only be boiled, but also baked in pots in the oven. And if you add fried mushrooms, sour cream and take, for example, our dumplings "A couple of tastes" with turkey and marbled beef, it will turn out even tastier.

Recipe "Dumplings in pots in the oven"
Ingredients for 2-4 servings

1 pack
sour cream 20%
200-300 g
champignons
250 g
butter
30 g
onions shallot
1 pc.
garlic
2 tooth.
fennel
for filing
ground coriander
¼ tsp
ground black pepper
pinch
bay leaf
by number of pots
vegetable oil
2 tbsp. l.
salt

Step 1/6
If necessary, clean the champignons from dirt with a napkin or quickly rinse and dry without soaking. Cut into plates. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.

Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil, put mushrooms, onions and garlic. Add ground coriander, black pepper. Cook for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add ¼ tsp salt or to taste, mix.

Distribute butter evenly over the number of pots, put on the bottom. Then lay out the frozen dumplings.

Top with the roasted mushrooms. Add one bay leaf and 100 ml of water to each pot (salt the water first, adding about ¼ tsp of salt or to taste for every 100 ml of water).

Put sour cream in equal portions in each pot on mushrooms and distribute over the surface.
Step 6/6
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ℃ for about 30 minutes until tender. When serving, sprinkle with chopped dill.
