Let the dough settle
We decided to wrap the tender minced chicken, cream and cheese in green spinach dough. It turned out fresh, bright and very tasty. Try boiling these dumplings in chicken broth - it will perfectly complement their taste.

Recipe for Chicken Dumplings
Ingredients for 8-10 servings
wheat flour, v/s
300 g + a little more for subsided
spinach fresh
120 g
warm water
200 ml
yolks
4 pcs.
vegetable oil
30 ml
salt
3 g
chicken thigh fillet
1 pack (700 g)
dutch cheese
200 g
cream 20%
50 ml
salt
5 g
water
90 ml
ground black pepper
to taste
dried garlic
3 g
dried parsley

Step 1/10
Punch the spinach in a blender until smooth.
Step 2/10
For the dough, mix the flour, salt and yolks with your hands or using a mixer.
Step 3/10
Add vegetable oil, water, spinach and knead the dough. Wrap it in a film and put it in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.

Peel the chicken thigh fillet from films, fat and cartilage.

Roll the meat through a meat grinder with a 5mm nozzle.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 7/10
Mix together the cheese, minced chicken, cream, water and spices.

Dust the work surface with flour and roll the dough into a thin layer.

Cut 4-5cm diameter mugs out of it and mould dumplings.

Cook the dumplings in salted boiling water for 4-5 minutes after surfacing.
