Ingredients for 7 servings
cottage cheese
400 g
flour
400 g
butter
200 g
sugar
150 g
baking powder

Step 1/8
Combine soft butter with cottage cheese and beat with a mixer into a homogeneous mass.

Pour the flour with baking powder into a large bowl, add the curd-oil mixture, mix everything with a mixer.

Roll the resulting dough into a ball, if it crumbles, add a little water. Put in the refrigerator for half an hour or an hour.

Roll out the dough into a layer about 3 mm thick, cut out circles with a glass.

Sprinkle half of the circle with sugar, then fold in half, sprinkle with more sugar and roll up again - you get a neat triangle. Dip it in sugar and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.

Make triangles from the rest of the dough.

Preheat the oven to 200C and bake the biscuits for about 15 minutes until golden.
