Ingredients for 8-10 portions

salt
pinch
sugar
170 g
eggs
2 pcs.
baking powder
1 tsp
vanilla sugar
1 tsp
cocoa
1 tbsp. l. with a slide
flour

Whisk the soft butter with the sugar and eggs.

Add the vanilla sugar, salt, baking powder and flour. Knead the dough.

Split it in two. Add cocoa to one part and mix thoroughly.

If the second part of the dough sticks to your hands, add 1 tablespoon of flour. The dough should be soft.

Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.

Roll out balloons of about 4 g from each part.

From 4 dark and 4 light balls, form a cookie base: put the balls in a circle, alternating colors.

Move the balls to the center, forming a cookie.

Do the same with the remaining dough. Place the resulting cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake the biscuits in an oven preheated to 170C for 17-18 minutes.
