Ingredients for 12 portions

flour
300g
sugar
100 g
butter
100 g
baking powder
½ tsp
soda
at the tip of a knife
egg
2 pcs.
tangerine juice
20 ml
tangerine zest
1 pc.
salt
pinch
icing sugar

Rub the mandarin zest.

Mix the grated zest with sugar and oil, leave for 10 minutes.

Add the eggs and tangerine juice, whisk together.

Add flour, baking powder, soda and salt to the resulting mixture. Knead smooth dough.

Form small balls from the dough. Roll them in sugar, press lightly and roll in icing sugar until the whole surface is well coated.

Place the biscuits on a baking tray lined with baking paper, about 3cm apart.

Bake for about 10 minutes at 180C. The cookies should form a crust on the outside and stay soft on the inside.
