Step 1/9
Sift the flour, salt and baking powder through a sieve.

In a bowl, beat together the soft butter and icing sugar with a mixer.

Add the cocoa and stir with a mixer.

In the resulting chocolate mass, break the egg at room temperature and mix with a mixer. Then add the dye, if using, and mix thoroughly.

Add the flour sifted with baking powder and mix thoroughly. Cover the dough with a film in contact and put in the refrigerator for 4 hours, you can overnight.

Prepare the cream: whisk together the cream cheese, icing sugar, cream, lemon juice and vanilla sugar. Use a spoon to put small balls of cream on the film and put in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into 6 parts. Put frozen cream inside each piece of dough, pinch the edges and form a round ball. Generously roll each cookie in icing sugar.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, lay out the biscuits.

Bake the biscuits in an oven preheated to 180C for 15 minutes.
