Recipe "Turkey liver with suluguni and pickled onions"
Ingredients for 2 servings
turkey liver
360 g
suluguni cheese
100 g
onions
60 g
tomatoes
120 g
lemon
1/2 pc.
apple cider vinegar
to taste
greens
for decorating
balsamic sauce
for filing
salt
to taste
sugar
to taste
vegetable oil
for frying
Step 1/4
Peel the onion, cut into half rings and rinse in cold water.
Step 2/4
Mix lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt and marinate onions in the resulting mixture for 15 minutes, or rather longer.
Step 3/4
Fry the liver on both sides until tender. Grate the cheese on top and simmer under the lid for a few minutes.
Step 4/4
Serve the liver with the pickled onions. You can decorate with herbs, tomatoes and balsamic sauce.
