An unusual but very tasty recipe is about baked parsnips. We made the salt option like a snack, but you can also turn this dish into a non-binary dessert just by adding sugar to the sour cream with prunes.

Ingredients for 4 servings
parsnip root
4 pcs.
sour cream 30%
4 tbsp. spoons
prunes
10 pcs.

Step 1/4
Clean the roots of the parsnip with a potato peeler.
Step 2/4
Wrap each root in foil, pre-salting, and bake at 180C in the oven for about 30-40 minutes until soft.
Step 3/4
Soak the prunes in boiling water for 5 minutes, then remove from the water and finely chop. Mix prunes with sour cream.
Step 4/4
Serve the finished parsnips with sour cream sauce. Parsnips can be left whole for showy serving or cut into pieces.
