Ingredients for 2 servings

dry paste
100 g
morels
1 pack
sour cream 20%
2 tbsp. spoons
dry white wine
50 ml
garlic
1 clove
small onion
olive oil
parsley
salt
freshly ground black pepper
Step 1/4
Rinse the morels, cover with water and boil for 10 minutes, drain the water, squeeze the mushrooms slightly, cut the large ones in half.
Step 2/4
Heat a small amount of olive oil in a pan and fry a clove of garlic crushed in it, then discard the garlic.
Step 3/4
In the remaining oil, spread finely chopped onions, then add mushrooms and wine, cook until the liquid evaporates.
Step 4/4
Add sour cream and finely chopped parsley, salt to taste, mix and warm for another minute. Boil the paste "al-dente" in a lot of salted boiling water. Mix the finished paste with the sauce - serve!
