Spaghetti with red fish has long been a classic. But if you replace the creamy sauce with pesto, you can try a new combination of tastes.

Ingredients for 4 servings
trout rainbow steak
500 g
spaghetti
400 g
Pesto Fresh sauce
1 pc (90 g)
olive oil
1 tbsp. spoon
garlic
2 cloves
parsley
for decorating
salt
to taste

Thaw the trout beforehand, rinse and dry.
Step 2/5
Boil the pasta water in a large saucepan, salt well and set to cook the spaghetti until al dente. Preheat the oven to 200C.

Put the trout steaks on a baking sheet and pour over olive oil, salt and pepper, put the crushed garlic cloves next to it. Put the fish in a hot oven and bake for about 15 minutes until tender.

Drain the spaghetti, add the pesto and stir.

You can mash the finished fish with a fork and knead in the sauce for spaghetti or serve steaks whole, and spaghetti for garnish.
