Recipe "Pasta in German without gluten "
Ingredients for 3 servings
gluten-free red lentil pasta
150 g
baked brisket with pepper, sliced
1 pack (150 g
onion red
1 pc.
celery stalk
1 pc.
oatmeal
20 g
vegetable oil
1-2 tbsp. l.
drinking water
150 ml
salt
1 tsp
paprika ground sweet
1/2 tsp
fresh greens
for filing
Step 1/6
Cut onions and celery into small cubes. Preheat pan with vegetable oil. Lightly fry the onion and celery, stirring occasionally.
Step 2/6
Boil water in a saucepan with 1 tsp salt. Boil the lentil spaghetti until al dente, according to the packet instructions.
Step 3/6
Cut the brisket into strips, add to the vegetables. Fry everything together for about 5-7 minutes until the brisket acquires a beautiful golden color.

Add oatmeal and fry everything together.
Step 5/6
Add 150 ml of water and ground paprika, salt if necessary. Mix and simmer everything together until thickened.
Step 6/6
Add the lentil spaghetti al dente, stir, cook for a few more minutes. When serving, sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs or just garnish with parsley or dill.
