Recipe "Pasta Arabyata"

Ingredients for 2-3 servings

macaroni "Spring"
200 g
diced tomatoes
0.5 cans (200g)
cherry tomatoes
8 pcs..
young garlic
2-3 cloves
onions shallot
1 pc.
hot fresh pepper
to taste
fresh parsley
a few twigs
grated parmesan

olive oil

Put boiled pasta water in a large saucepan, salt.
Step 2/3
Finely chop the shallots and fry lightly in olive oil. Then add chopped garlic and hot pepper, tomatoes from a jar and a pinch of sugar, simmer for another 10 minutes. Boil al dente paste, drain, mix springs with olive oil.
Step 3/3
Serve the pasta with the sauce and fresh cherry topped with chopped parsley and grated cheese.
