Easter is a surprise, mascarpone and coffee in it, as in tiramisu, but a dense curd structure, as in classic Easter. It is very simple to prepare! Oatmeal cookies, if desired, can be replaced with sugar Cereal or Darushka cookies.

Ingredients
mascarpone

cottage cheese Zernyshko
1 pack
oatmeal cookies
4-5 pcs.
coffee
2-3 tsp
Panela sugar
1-2 tbsp. spoons
Step 1/5
Mascarpone beat with sugar until fluffy, then add cottage cheese and mix thoroughly.

Brew a cup of coffee.

Put part of the curd mass in a gauze-lined Easter tin (a deep plate or a very large mug is also suitable), distribute it along the bottom.

Quickly dip one cookie in coffee, put on cottage cheese, distribute a little more cottage cheese on top. Repeat this with all the cookies, the last should be a thick layer of curd mass.
Step 5/5
Put the tin in the fridge for a few hours, then gently flip onto a plate and remove the cheesecloth - done!
