Recipe "Easter honey with prunes"
Ingredients for 4 servings
curd 5%
3 packs
honey "Linden"
100 g
pitted prunes
100 g
sour cream
3 tbsp. spoons
turmeric
pinch
crispy apple currant pastille
50 g
Step 1/6
Pour boiling water or hot tea over prunes.
Step 2/6
Mix cottage cheese with honey and sour cream, wipe everything through a sieve (it is most convenient to do this with a silicone spatula).
Step 3/6
Remove the prunes from the liquid, cut into pieces and add to the curd mass. Add a small pinch of turmeric (for color only), stir.
Step 4/6
Easter can be prepared in a special form or in a regular sieve, even a deep plate (in this case, Easter will turn out to be less dense). Line the mold with gauze and put it in a deep plate so that there is room for liquids to drain.
Step 5/6
Spoon in the curd mass, tamp lightly, cover and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
Step 6/6
Turn the finished Easter onto a plate, remove the gauze. Using a rolling pin or flat board, crumble the pastille and decorate the sides of the curd Easter with crumbs.
