Recipe "Bean pate with mushrooms and nuts"
Ingredients for 6 servings
Natural red beans (canned)
1 pc (400g)
Champignons
100 g
Onions
1 pc.
Garlic
2 cloves
Walnuts
50 g
Cilantro
bunch
Ground coriander
pinch
Vegetable oil
1 tbsp. spoon
Salt
to taste
Step 1/4
Cut champignons into slices, cubed onions. Fry the onions and champignons together in vegetable oil until golden.
Step 2/4
Fold the onion and mushrooms into the blender, add the walnuts, peeled garlic cloves, cilantro (leave a little to garnish), salt, pepper and coriander.
Step 3/4
Punch everything into a homogeneous mass.
Step 4/4
Store the pate in the refrigerator for no longer than 2-3 days. Serve on bread or as an additive to baked potatoes, rice or vegetable salad.
