Fold into a baking dish greased with butter. Pour in 100ml water and bake in the oven at 200C for about an hour until soft.

When all the sugar is dissolved and subdued, pour in the cream .

At the end, add a tablespoon of butter and stir until the caramel sauce is smooth.
