Recipe "Pardulas"
Ingredients for 6-10 servings
ricotta
200 g
flour
250 g
butter
40 g
egg
1 pc.
orange or lemon (zest)

baking powder

Sift 200g flour into a large bowl. Make a recess in the center, add salt and melted butter, pour in warm water - enough to make an elastic dough.

Roll the dough into a ball, wrap in a film and put in the refrigerator for an hour.

Mix ricotta with sugar, egg, remaining flour and baking powder, add zest, mix everything.

Roll out the dough very thinly, cut out the rounds with a glass. Put the filling in the center of each circle and pinch the edges so that you get "sunshine."

Preheat the oven to 170C and bake the pardulas for about 15 minutes until tender.
