By the way, a paellera - a special deep pan for paella - can now be easily bought on marketplaces, and then you can use it not only for this dish, but also as a saucepan or wok.

200 g
onions
1 pc.
garlic
2 tooth.
wine white
150 ml.
sea cocktail frozen

shrimp royal blanched (size 55/65)

olive oil

a few twigs
smoked paprika

Defrost the sea cocktail and prawns. Peel onions and garlic, cut onions into cubes, garlic - into slices.
