Ingredients for 5 servings

shrimp argentine wild peeled

udon wheat noodles

tofu "Classic"

sweet pepper

Teriyaki sauce sweet
2 tbsp. spoons
Sriracha hot sauce
1 tsp (or to taste)
mung bean seedlings
50 g
peanut
20 g
ginger
2 cm root
garlic
1 clove
vegetable oil
1 tbsp. spoon
green onion
multiple feathers
cilantro
a few twigs
garden radish

Defrost prawns in advance on the coldest shelf of the refrigerator or in cold water right in the package for about half an hour. Rinse the shrimp, dry.

Boil the noodles in 2 liters of salted boiling water for 3 minutes, transfer to cold water.

Cut the onions into feathers, carrots and bell peppers - in long thin slices, radishes - in quarters. Grind garlic, grate ginger.

In a large frying pan (wok is best), fry onions, carrots, garlic and ginger over high heat for about half a minute, immediately add pepper and radish.

Pour in the teriyaki sauce and hot sauce.

Add the prawns.

Once the prawns change colour, add diced tofu and peanuts, stir and remove from the heat.

Add seedlings, squeeze half a lime.

Put the noodles in a frying pan, mix everything well and serve, sprinkled with chopped green onions and cilantro.
