Wash the hearts, remove excess fat, pour 2 liters of good water, add a pinch of salt, bring to a boil. Add the washed rice and reduce the heat to medium.
Step 2/2
Prepare vegetables: peel carrots and cut into rounds, celery cubes, disassemble cabbage into inflorescences. Add the vegetables to the pan and cook until the rice is cooked through. Add the chopped tomatoes, crushed garlic and chopped greens, warm for another minute and turn off the heat. Let the soup brew under the lid for 15 minutes and serve!
