Ingredients for 10 servings

natural white beans
200 g
potatoes
120 g
carrots
100 g
cherry tomatoes
50 g (≈ 10 pcs.)
onions
50 g (0.5 pcs.)
garlic
2 cloves
olive oil
2 tbsp. spoons
bay leaf
2 pcs.
universal seasoning
2 tsp
black pepper
to taste
salt
to taste
Step 1/4
Chop carrots on a coarse grater, chop onions, pass garlic through a press or chop very finely.
Step 2/4
In a heavy-based saucepan, heat the olive oil and fry all the chopped vegetables for 5-7 minutes, then pour in 2 litres of cold water. When the water boils, add the beans and halved cherry tomatoes.
Step 3/4
Cut the potatoes into 1x1cm cubes and add to the pan. Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4/4
The soup is ready when the potatoes are fully cooked. Add water if desired to adjust the density.
